Wir haben uns so wohl gefühlt, dass wir gerne wiederkommen Positive: Sehr geschmackvolle Ausstattung, bequeme Betten/Kissenauswahl/ reichlich Handtücher Negative: Einige Utensilien in der Küche wie Pfannen und Töpfe könnten ausgetauscht werden

very functional Positive: Die Lage, der Schnitt des Apartments, die Ausstattung. Geräumig. Die saubere Wäsche. Die Drogerieprodukte. Negative: Es war dunkler als auf dem Foto sichtbar. Etwas staubig. Der zweite Schlüssel kam erst am zweiten Tag, was bei uns Probleme verursacht hat.

Very pleasant stay in a nice Chelsea neighbourhood with excellent bus connections. Positive: If I could give the location 12 stars, I would. It is in a lovely courtyard in a pleasant neighborhood. There is minimal noise from the street even though it is in a very convenient spot, with a bus stop steps from the front door. The place was very clean, with nice linens and comfortable beds. The kitchen area is well equipped, with modern appliances. With three women, it was great to have both a nice shower room and another toilet room. The tea and coffee selection and the toiletry packs were appreciated. Loved the high ceilings and decorator touches. We would gladly stay here again the next time we are in London. Negative: We didn't love having to pick up the keys a few blocks away at the end of a long travel day. However, it did mean that the pick up time was flexible when travel delays made our arrival time unpredictable.
